With over 25 years of experience providing expertise on Project Development & Environment (PD&E) studies, Bowyer-Singleton understands what a complete PD&E document entails.  Our engineers and planners work together during the development of the PD&E documents to ensure that a workable final design is identified early on in the process.

We complete all phases of the PD&E using in-house staff and have extensive experience preparing exhibits and conducting the public involvement portions of the project.
